The object of the above entitled action is to collect past due fees owed unto the Plaintiff for repairs and obtain judgment in the amount of $1,520.03 plus interest and court costs
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropiate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located. It is ordered that Ron Thompson do serve upon Boone Tractor and Kirby W. Hanson, magistrate, whose address is 127 Green Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days after the first publication hereof, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Ron Thompson at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
