The Court established the following scheduling Order following an Amended Petition for Divorce being filed:
A conference will be held on MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2023, beginning at 1:00 PM at the RALEIGH COUNTY JUDICIAL CENTER, 222 MAIN STREET, 2ND FLOOR, BECKLEY, WV 25801;
The time will be used for the following purposes:
1. A conference with the Court’s Case Coordinator, or
2. Temporary Hearing, or
3. An uncontested Final Divorce Hearing if all of the documents have been filed with the Court and all other requirements of the law have been fully completed.
A Confidentiality Order is now in place. It is ORDERED that all parties are NOT permitted to make social media postings about this case or derogatory comments toward or in reference to the other party. Failure to abide by this could result in sanctions.
