NOTICE OF INFORMAL CONFERENCE
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, will hold an informal conference at the Gym in the Town of Pax, 37 School Street, Pax, WV 25904. The meeting will begin at 5:00 pm Thursday, February 2, 2023. The conference may also be accessed at https://meet.google.com/txp-wcfu-reo or dial (US) 1-551-777-4558 PIN: # 510 102 148. The purpose of the informal conference is to allow comments from those people having an interest, which is or may be, adversely affected by Surface Mine Application by Kingston Mining, LLC for Permit U300422, located 0.9 miles east of Pax in the Plateau district of Fayette County.
