Notice is hereby given to Tanweer Abbas that a hearing related to Defendant State Auto’s Motion to Interplead Funds will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023, at 2:15, p.m., before the Honorable Thomas H. Ewing, Judge, at the Fayette County Courthouse located at 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840. All those with a claim to make against the State Auto Policy, including Mr. Abbas, must appear at this hearing or the Court may find that those parties that fail to appear have waived any rights they have in the above-captioned matter as to recovery from the policy or the ability to object to payment to others from the policy.
