This is notice that on the 14th day of March, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Tommy D. & Betty Lusk for the purpose of a fourth residence on property located at 336 Five Oaks Drive, Shady Spring WV, Richmond District, Tax Map 22, Parcel 21.7 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
