PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition for Divorce duly filed in the Family Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, seeking that the parties be divorced in the above referenced matter, shall be held before the Honorable Matthew D. England, Judge of the Family Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that Mary Frances Quingeros’ whereabouts are unknown and the last known whereabout for Mary Frances Quingeros were in Fayette County, West Virginia, that Mary Frances Quingeros may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these proceedings.
