EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FOR ARCHITECTURAL/
ENGINEERING SERVICES
Pursuant to W.Va. Code §5G-1-3, the Monroe County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural/Engineering Designed Services to include design and construction phase administration for the following:
1. Partial HVAC Replacement at James Monroe High School and Monroe County Technical School utilizing ESSER Funds.
Qualified firms are invited to contact John Ballengee, Treasurer at the Monroe County Board of Education Office to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements via email: [email protected]. Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on February 27, 2023, at the Monroe County Board of Education Office, 9975 Willow Bend Road, Union, WV 24983.
In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
The Monroe County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
