The Raleigh County Commission is seeking bids for asphalt paving at Lake Stephens in Surveyor, WV. The work will consist of 4,380 linear feet of asphalt paving.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday March the 6th at 10AM on location at 1400 Lake Stephens Road (RV Park/Campground), Surveyor, WV. Meet at the gate.
Bid packets are available at the Raleigh County Commission 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
Bids must include a copy of WV Contractors License, Liability Insurance and a Bid Bond. The successful bidder will need to provide a payment bond. Job must be completed by April 22nd 2023.
Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Raleigh County Commission 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids must be received by Monday March 20th by 4pm. Bids must be marked “RV Paving”. Bids will be opened and reviewed on Tuesday March 21st at 10AM during the Raleigh County Commission meeting.
