AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Rust and Sons Cremation Care, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a Human Crematory for Rust and Sons Cremation Care, LLC located at 14 Clayton Lane, Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia. This facility is considered a minor source at a minor facility of air pollution. Longitude -81.1536861 Latitude 37.9394.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: CO 4.38 TPY, PM 3.1 TPY, NOx 1.314TPY, S02 1.1 TPY and TOC 1.314 TPY Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of August, 2023.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
