RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY
BECKLEY, RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is seeking sealed bids for the supply and installation of the various Geosynthetics, associated materials and appurtenances for the construction of the landfill liner identified as Stage 10 Expansion Construction. A detailed bid document will be available from Alliance Consulting, Inc. in either hard or digital format. A mandatory pre bid meeting will be conducted on site on March 8, 2023 at 10:00 am that all bidders must attend located at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
Sealed bids will be accepted until March 22, 2023 until 1:00pm. Bids will be opened on March 22, 2023 at 1:05pm. All bids must be sealed and marked as “Liner Bid”. Bids can be mailed or dropped off to RCSWA at 200 Fernandez Drive., Beckley, WV 25801.
Bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Project Engineer, Brian Shorts, PE at Alliance Consulting 304-255-0491, or by email to [email protected]. There will be a non-refundable charge of $125 for the hard copies of the bid documents.

The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.
