Notice of Intent for
Project-Based Vouchers RFP
Notice is provided to interested parties that Raleigh County Housing Authority (RCHA) will be soliciting proposals from developers/owners interested in having project-based vouchers assigned to new construction, existing or rehabilitated properties in. Approximately one hundred (100) vouchers will be made available. A copy of the RFP may be obtained at RCHA’s administrative offices at 2955 Robert C Byrd Drive, Beckley, WV 25801, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or at www.ckha.com beginning February 27th, 2023. Proposals will be due by noon on March 28th, 2023.
