The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Sycamore Creek, Lem Creek, Raines Fork, and Workman Creek of Clear Fork; Unnamed Tributaries of/and Horse Creek, Sturgeon Fork of Dry Creek, Stockingleg Fork of Rock Creek of Mark Fork ALL of Big Coal River of Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 4.7 miles, southeast of Dorothy in Clear Fork Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81 deg. 24 ‘ 45 ” and Latitude 37deg. 53’ 42″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
