The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 122 Sandstone Drive – Apt 12, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, 25801 in that the above named respondent is wrongfully occupying such property as tenant – and to obtain a judgment on a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Bobbie Dutton and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Bobbie Dutton do serve upon Paul Blume, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 10, 2023 at 7:30 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Bobbie Dutton at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
