NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONVEYANCE
OF CHURCH PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Beckley, West Virginia will, on or after March 28, 2023, GRANT, SELL and CONVEY to ROBERT DUNLAP R.E.H., LLC the following described real property with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging situate on Prince Street in the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, to-wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of a 10 – foot alley with the South side of Prince Street: thence with the line of Prince Street N. 66deg. E. 42.6 feet to a stake; thence leaving Prince Street and with the division line of Myrtle Bair George S. 24deg. E. 80 feet to a stake; thence S. 66deg. 00 W. 42.5 feet to a stake on said 10-foot alley: thence with said alley N. 24deg. W. 80 feet to the point and place of beginning, containing 3400 square feet, more or less.
AND BEING the same property conveyed to the Trustees of the First Christian Church, Beckley. West Virginia from G.C. Hedrick and Ethel M. Hedrick by Deed dated December 5, 1956 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Deed Book 363, at Page 430, and is assessed in the City of Beckley and is shown on Tax Map 18, as Parcel 12.
