ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hinton, WV, will accept sealed bids for the New River Grocery Warehouse – Roof Project (aka Hinton Hardwoods Building) located on Commercial Street in Hinton, West Virginia.
The work includes installation of a new EPDM roof system and other miscellaneous work.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hinton, 322 Summers Street, Hinton, WV 25951, until April 4th, 2023, 10:00 A.M.
All sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at the City Hall Building. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Interested parties are invited to attend.
Prospective bidders may purchase copies of Bidding Documents from the Architect. Cost of Bidding Documents is $50 per set, plus any shipping and handling fees. This is non-refundable. Documents may be inspected, free of charge, at the following locations:

A pre-bid conference will be held on March 21st, 2023, 10:00 A.M., at the Hinton City Hall, Hinton, WV. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED. The meeting will include visiting the project site nearby.
