NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 11th day of April, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Randy Keith Meadows for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Family Cemetery on property located at 3770 Pluto Road, Shady Spring, WV, Richmond District, Tax Map 8, Parcel 5.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
