NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE
TRUSTEE’S SALE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT
428 VINTON STREET,
TOWN OF TAZEWELL, VA.

In execution of a Deed Of Trust dated February 28, 2011 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County in Deed Book 1090, at page 869, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate:
All of the following described property, with the improvements thereon and appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging, situate and lying in the Town of Tazewell in Tazewell County, Virginia which is more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a post at the northernmost point of a lot which sits at the corner of Vinton Avenue and Highland Avenue as shown on the plat entitled “Plat Showing Property of John Glavaris Located on Hotel Ave. at its intersection with Vinton Ave., Tazewell, Virginia” this plat being dated March 25, 1981; thence along and with Highland Avenue in a southeasterly direction S. 22 24′ 47″ E. 140.30 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 35 27′ 57″ W. 49.00 feet to a point; thence along and with Vinton Avenue in a northeasterly direction N. 36 10′ 57″ E. 123.62 feet to the point of Beginning.

The foregoing property is subject to and benefitied by each of the conditions, covenants, easements, exceptions, limitations, reservations, restrictions, rights of way, and other matter of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office to the extent that the same may lawfully apply to the same.

Place of Sale:
In front of the Main Street Entrance to the Tazewell County Courthouse located on Main Street in the Town of Tazewell, Virginia.

Terms of Sale:
Cash. A Ten Percent (10%) Deposit is required from the Successful Bidder at the time of sale with the balance in full within Twenty-One (21) days.

The foregoing property shall be sold AS IS, WHERE IS and any and all announcements made the day of sale shall take priority over published notices, including postponement of sale and/or withdrawal of the property from sale offer.
The Successful Bidder shall be required to sign a Memorandum Of Agreement at the time of sale which sets forth other terms of sale. This agreement shall be available for review prior to the sale.
