TOWN OF FAYETTEVILLE-FIRE DEPARTMENT
The Town of Fayetteville, Fire Department will be accepting bids for Battery Over Hydraulic Extrication tools. The bid will include price for one spreader, one cutter, two telescoping rams, one combination spreader/cutter, various accessories, and two batteries for each tool. Bid specifications are to be obtained as described below. The bid will include price per unit as described in the bid specifications. The bid must be submitted in writing by mail to the following address with the bid document enclosed in a sealed envelope with the words Battery Hydraulic Extrication Tool Bid written on the outside of the envelope. All bids will be submitted to: Fayetteville Fire Department; P.O. Box 812; Fayetteville West Virginia 25840. Bids must be received at this address by: April 17, 2023, 5:00 PM. Bids will be opened at the Fayetteville Fire Department, 150 Lively Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia at 7:00 PM on April 17, 2023. Successful bidder will be notified in writing within 7 days of bid opening. The Fayetteville Fire Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of a bid.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the Fayetteville Fire Department by sending a written request to Fayetteville Fire Department, P.O. Box 812, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840 OR sending a request to [email protected] (all email requests must state “Battery Hydraulic Extrication Tool Bid” in the subject line). All requests (written and email) must include an email address where a copy of the bid specifications may be sent.
