Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Robert & Emilee White for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request permission to place a singlewide
trailer with an addition on a lot already occupied by her parent’s home at 184 Sampson Road, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 419 on Page 433 and shown on Tax Map 04 as Parcel 34.
PUBLIC HEARING 2: The Board will consider the request and application of Heather N. Massie for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request permission to construct an 8X17 Treated deck to the front of her home which would be within the front setbacks at 119 Webster Street, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 547 on Page 143 and shown on Tax Map 9H as Parcel 92.
