It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Johnny Stinson is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Johnny Stinson serve upon Sophia Simon, whose address is Family Court 105 Wyoming St. StE. 201 Welch, WV 24801, WEST VIRGINIA, an Answer, including any counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Custody filed in this action on or before April 18, 2023. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demand in the Petition.
