The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavid of Unknow Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Jared Taylor DBA Taylors Auto Body and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Jared Taylor DBA Taylors Auto Body do serve upon Paul Blume, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 10, 2023 at 7:30 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jared Taylor DBA Taylors Auto Body at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
