PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on Monday, May 1st, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, and Variance in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-116-23-1: V-109-23-1: Request of Willis Management Group, LLC, owners, for a Use Permit and Variance required by Section 15.38.230 to permit a storage yard for wrecked automobiles, not held for over 30 days, in a B-2 instead of B-3 District as required. Located behind 1101 E. Main St. at the Corner of Oyler Ave., Oak Hill, WV.
