Kennedy serve upon Ellen M. Kennedy by, now Cook, Petitioner, whose address is PO Box 172 Rock View, WV 24880, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before May 31st, 2023. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against your for the relief demanded in the Petition.
