LEGAL NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER
The New River Gorge Regional Development Authority (NRGRDA), Beckley, West Virginia is in the process of selecting an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide high-speed broadband internet service for the Southern Raleigh County Broadband Expansion Project.
All materials, maps, reports and data generated through this project shall remain the property of the NRGRDA. Data will also be provided to the State of West Virginia, West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council, in electronic and paper format.
The NRGRDA will provide: maps showing telecommunications assets as reported to the State Office of GIS Coordination; FiberLocator data; and internet speed test data as reported by the West Virginia Speed Test Portal via the West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council.
Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with 2 CFR 200.320 (b) (2). Contracts will be awarded to the responsible firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the program, with project matching fund commitments and other factors considered.
All ISPs interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, commitment of matching fund contribution, and related prior experience to demonstrate adequate professional history.
Interested firms must submit one (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) digital format submission of all requested information to the NRGRDA, and one (1) copy and one (1) digital format submission to Region I PDC no later than close of business on May 5, 2023. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure the receipt of the proposal by the date and time specified.

All work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by the previously referenced agencies and the State of West Virginia appertaining hereto.

The NRGRDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Proposals.
