Now comes the Petitioner, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, by counsel, Christopher A. Dawson who states that the object of the above styled suit is to quiet title and reform the legal description in a deed of trust encumbering real estate commonly known as 206 Harvey Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia 25901.
It is ordered that Respondent, Wyatt Stevens, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
