This is notice that on the 9th day of May, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Matthew & Roberta Barley for the purpose of a second residence & a minimum square footage variance on property located at 120 Mitchell Lane, Mt. Hope, WV, Town District, Tax Map 8002, Parcel 66, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
