The object of the above entitled action is a Petition to Quiet Title of the real estate owned by the Plaintiffs, Earl F. Shrewsbery, II and Debra A. O’Dell Williams, The Estate of Daniel Ryan Lilly, The Estate of Denise Lilly, The Estate of Dorinda L. Shaffer and The Estate of George V. Shaffer. Plaintiffs, by verified Petition, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Gavin G. Ward, counsel for Plaintiffs, whose address is 228 N. Fayette Street, P.O. Box 5086, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before May 11, 2023; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
