NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Beckley will be accepting bids from qualified firms for the milling and paving of North Oakwood Avenue and Sheridan Avenue.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the Board of Public Works office at 401 Adair Street, or by calling (304) 256-1740, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on May 9, 2023. Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud during the City of Beckley Common Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. May 9, 2023.
Sealed bids may be hand delivered to City of Beckley (City Hall) ATTN: RECORDER-TREASURER – 409 South Kanawha Street – Beckley, WV 25801 or mailed to City of Beckley – ATTN: RECORDER- TREASURER – P.O. Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514.
Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of the bid without cause.
