NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 18th day of May, 2023 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Charla Bailey & George James for the purpose of retail sales of new and used vehicles, RV’s, toter-homes and trailers. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Commercial. The property is located at 255 Racetrack Road, Mt. Hope, WV, Town District District, Tax Map 7003, Parcels 12,13,14 & 30 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
