Application for a permit to operate as a contract Carrier in the transportation of passengers by non-Emergency medical transport in Raleigh County for UMWA Health and Retirement Funds.
NOTICE
On August 31, 2020, First Light Medical Transport, LLC (FLMT applied for a permit from the Commission to operate as a contract carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers for the UMW A Health and Retirement Funds from Raleigh County. FLMT provided public notice of its application and no one filed a protest within the prescribed period. Commission Staff subsequently recommended that the Commission cancel the telephonic hearing scheduled for December 8, 2020, and grant the permit. The Commission has cancelled the scheduled hearing as requested.
