The object of the above entitled action is the adoption of Harlen Bryce Lewis Blankenship by Marshal Lewis Lytton, Jr. and Brittany Nicole Blankenship.
It is ORDERED that the biological father, known or unknown having any objections to the aforesaid adoption do appear and serve upon Timothy P. Lupardus, counsel for Petition, whose address is Post Office Box 1680, Pineville, West Virginia 24874 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before June 5, 2023 at 1:30 pm, otherwise the petition will be granted the relief prayed for in the petition and your parental rights will be terminated. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in the City of Beckley in said County and State.
