It is hereby ordered that Richard Lynn Smith serve upon Tressie Renee Mullins, Petitioner, whose address is PO BOX 245, Dixie, WV 25059, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before June 15, 2023. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
