The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a final ruling on a Personal Safety Order.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Kevin L. Deberry and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Kevin L. Deberry do serve upon Magistrate Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before June 21, 2023 at 9:00 am, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Kevin L. Deberry at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
