Notice of Election
Notice is hereby given, the the Town of Rainelle Municipal Election will be held on June 13, 2023, at which time a Mayor, Recorder/Treasurer and Five (5) Council Persons will be elected to serve a two-year term beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.
Pursuant to Chapter 3 of the West Virginia State Code, all candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age, a resident of the Municipality of Rainelle and not be under conviction of a felony or other disqualifications.
Potential candidates must file a Certificate of Candidacy which can be obtained online at www.sos.wv.gov or the Clerk’s Office in Rainelle Town Hall.
