NOTICE
The structures listed below are dangerous to the life, health, safety, and welfare of the public or any occupants. The structures are damaged, decayed, dilapidated, in disrepair, lack maintenance, insanitary, vermin and/or rat infested, and are thereby unfit for occupancy. Each has been the subject of previous notice(s) of violation, without remedy.
Each listed owner of record is ordered to appear before the Honorable Judge, Municipal Court City of Beckley, On June 28, 2023, at 3:30 PM, at 169 Industrial Dr., Beckley, WV, 25801, to show cause why the city should not be granted an order to demolish the structure, with all costs assessed to the owner of record.
