INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, is seeking sealed bids to repair, replace, and rehabilitate the retaining wall (the Old Stone Wall) at Keller Avenue and North Court Street. This work would include repainting the entire wall where required. Work behind the wall to install proper drainage and weep holes. It would further include stabilization of the wall by an anchoring system. The successful bidder will be required to provide all materials (except replacement stone, which the Town has), labor and engineering to complete the project. A schedule of starting and completing the project must accompany the bid.
Any prospective bidder may contact the Town Manager to view the area for the project and any additional information needed may be requested from the Town Manager.
All bids must be sealed and received at the Fayetteville Town Hall, 125 Court Street Fayetteville, West Virginia, on or before 1:00 p.m. EST on the 15th day of June, 2023. The bids will be opened at the regular Town Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. EST, or as soon as thereafter on the agenda for the meeting, on the 15th day of June, 2023, at the Fayetteville Town Hall.
