Notice is hereby given that EDWIGHT PROCESSING, LLC, P.O. BOX 910667, LEXINGTON, KY 40591 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. D006682 located near NOAMA in Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County.
