The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Southern Home Care Services, Inc, CON Fi:le #23-1/4-12700-PC, for the provision of personal care services in Monroe, Wyoming, McDowell, Raleigh, Summers, and Greenbrier counties, West Virginia from the Princeton, West Virginia office. The capital expenditure is $10,000.
