The object of the above entitled action is: A COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE TO PROPERTY PURCHASED BY PLAINTIFF
And it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Rosa Brewster, and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is hereby ordered that above named Defendant serve upon Greg Ball, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1421 Princeton Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before December 10th 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against her at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
