The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that is has received a Letter of Intent from Elder Aide Services, LLC dba Right at Home, CON File #23-2/3/4-12697-PC, for the development of in-home personal care services in Putnam, Cabell, Wayne, and Fayette counties, West Virginia. The capital expenditure is $21,500.
