Plaintiff purchased the real estate at 154 Dunloop Creek Road aka 313 Dunloop Crrek Road Mount Hope WV 25880 by virtue of a trustee foreclosure sale and is entitled to full and complete possession of the premises free of any right the Defendant may have.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that DUE DILIGENCE HAS BEEN MADE TO LOCATE SAID DEFENDANTS DIANE M. SUTTLE & THOMAS RAY UNDERWOOD AND OTHER OCCUPANTS it is ordered that DIANE M. SUTTLE & THOMAS RAY UNDERWOOD AND OTHER OCCUPANTS do serve upon R.L. PANNELL, magistrate, whose address is 100 CHURCH STREET SUITE 3 FAYETTEVILLE WV 25840, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before JULY 21, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against DIANE M. SUTTLE & THOMAS RAY UNDERWOOD AND OTHER OCCUPANTS at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
