Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Davis Health System, a non-profit corporation, will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at 12:30 pm, in the boardroom at Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia. Pursuant to the statute, such a meeting is open to the public.
