Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that City of Beckley will conduct a Public Hearing in Council Chambers of Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha, Beckley, WV, on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 6:30 PM to consider the proposed Ordinances amending the Beckley Zoning Code to regulate Mobile Food Trucks and permit them to be operated in B-1 neighborhood-highway business district, B-2 general business district, B-3 Courthouse Square and M manufacturing district, and to permit Long Term Care facilities in B-1 neighborhood-highway business district and B-2 general business district.
A copy of the proposed Ordinances are available for review at Beckley City Hall Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
