The object of the above entitled action is to obtain protection from the Respondent/Defendant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Colton Erskine and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Colton Erskine do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a Hearing-August 28, 2023 at 1:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Colton Erskine at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
