Notice to Bidders
The City of Beckley will be conducting an auction of City owned property at 1102 North Eisenhower Drive, Beckley WV. The auction is for land and buildings that were occupied as City of Beckley Fire Station 3. Excluded from the property will be an approximately 30 feet wide and 65 feet deep section on the Northern corner of the property adjacent to the current Taco Bell lot and Eisenhower Drive that contains a billboard. A right of way will also be provided to service the billboard. The auction will be conducted on December3, 2020 at 1pm at the Eisenhower Drive site. The minimum bid for the property will be $500,000.

The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bills or any part of any bid without cause.
