NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Common Council for the City of Beckley is accepting bids from qualified firms for the purchase of a Compact Track Loader with a compatible 39 inch cold planer and a compatible 5 foot utility broom.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from Recorder/Treasurer of the City of Beckley. Copies of the specifications and bid information will be available at City Hall at 409 South Kanawha Street, Monday through Friday between 9am and 4 pm. Additional information can be obtained by calling 304-256-1768.
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on December 8, 2020. They will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30 p.m. that same day. Bids must be submitted to the Recorder-Treasurer in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate contents. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha Street, or mailed P.O. Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514. Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid without cause.
