PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, and Variance in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
V-110-23-1: Request of Christina Conley, owner, for a Variance to Section 15.16.030 Subsection 3 to permit a rear yard of 7 feet instead of 25 feet as required at 948 Central Avenue, Oak Hill, WV.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
