PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE OF WATER RATES UPON APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Central Hampshire Public Service District intends to file a rate case with the West Virginia Public Service Commission requesting a water rate increase of not more than 25.1{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} for all water customers. This rate increase will go into effect immediately upon filing, which shall not be less than fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication. Gross revenues will increase by $278,931, which is less than 25{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the gross water revenues of the District. This rate increase is subject to Public Service Commission investigation and review and may be subject to refund in accordance with the provisions of West Virginia Code Chapter 24, Article 2, Section 4a, as amended.
