You will please take notice that the undersigned Central Supply Company of West Virginia has furnished and delivered, pursuant to a request by Stone Brothers Paving (who was, upon information and belief, a subcontractor to you general contractor Raleigh Steel Contruction), concrete materials to the site of the Carbon Activated Corporation with address of 319 Activated Carbon Drive, Mt. Hope, WV 25880, on the real estate situate in the Mount Hope Corporation District, Fayette County, West Virginia, identified on Tax Map 19 as Parcel 1.1 (Parcel ID 10-08-0019-0001-0001), containing approximately 64.331 acres, more or less, and as described as Tract One in a Deed dated May 1, 2019, found in Book 777 at Page 292, in the Fayette County Clerk’s office. More specifically, 680 cubic yards of concrete were delivered by Central Supply Company of West Virginia to the aforementioned property on May 24, 2023, with total price of $153,867.00.
You are further notified that Central Supply Company of West Virginia has not been paid the sum of $76,933.50 for this concrete and it claims a lien upon your interest in the aforementioned real estate and upon the improvements thereon, to secure the payment of said sum.
