And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that TWO ATTEMPTS TO SERVE INDIVIDUAL HAVE FAILED it is ordered that BRYAN WAYNE COOKE do serve upon MAGISTRATE SAM PARSONS, magistrate, whose address is 100 CHURCH STREET, FAYETTEVILLE, WV 25840, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 9/22/2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against BRYAN WAYNE COOKE at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
